Every detail—from the aerodynamic fork design and integrated disc brakes to the frame’s hydration and storage systems—has been uncompromisingly engineered, tested in the wind tunnel, and retested under pressure in race conditions.

C:68X Carbon Fiber Technology

Combining all our expertise from carbon frame construction to the ultimate material, C:68X® carbon uses the optimal blend of fiber and resin infused with nanoparticles. High-precision Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing means we can also avoid inserts or bonded sleeves. It sets a whole new benchmark for lightness, stiffness, and strength.

Derailleur Cover

Customize the drivetrain of your Aerium C:68X however you like: keep it as it comes from the factory, with a double-chainring setup and front derailleur for the widest possible gear range, or switch to a single chainring for simplicity, low weight, and optimal aerodynamics with the front derailleur perfectly hidden behind the cover.

Full Internal Cable Routing

Fully internal cable routing eliminates external wiring and makes it a thing of the past. We started from scratch, designing the frame and handlebars to internally protect the shift and brake cables, ensuring nothing disrupts the bike’s clean lines. It’s sleeker and more aerodynamic, prevents cable damage, and reduces maintenance. It’s all advantages.

Cockpit System

The Cube Aerium cockpit system is as adjustable as possible. The standard setup is low, but there’s also an optional high setup. With a wide range of adjustments for each setup, every rider can find their optimal position on the saddle for maximum comfort, endurance, and performance. The armrests can be adjusted across a wide range of widths and stack heights, and of course, the saddle’s stack and Reach are also adjustable. Because every watt counts…

Hydration System 2.0

To perform at your best, you need optimal hydration, which means having a system that’s accessible, adaptable, and has enough capacity for long-distance races. The Hydration System 2.0 lets you rehydrate without changing position, thanks to an adjustable setup that includes a bar-mounted system plus an additional reservoir located inside the frame, just above the bottom bracket.

Storage System

Racing cyclists need sustenance, and that means having a place to store energy gels or bars. Our modular and versatile storage system puts those extra calories within the cyclist’s reach without having to change their aerodynamic position during the race. Twin Head Tube

The Aerium’s Twin Head Tube looks impressive, but it’s not just about looks. From an aerodynamic standpoint, it helps reduce drag on straightaways to reach higher speeds. Because, really, that’s what it’s all about. And in stronger crosswinds, the twin-tube profile helps reduce buffeting and increases steering stability. The wind is at your back.

Aero-Optimized Geometry

Air can throw you off balance, which is why aerodynamically optimized geometry is important. Developed through a combination of wind tunnel testing, computational fluid dynamics, and athlete feedback, it’s our way of ensuring you get the most out of yourself and your bike. Stable when you need it, agile when required, and above all, very, very fast.

Advanced Twin Mold

With our Advanced Twin Mold process, we use two precision-molded forms for our C:62®, C:68®, and C:68X® carbon frames. The first form ensures precise alignment. The second, inner form keeps every single fiber exactly where it needs to be as the frame hardens. The result is a much lighter and stronger frame, with fiber density tailored to the expected loads at specific points.

Extra Storage

Need to carry more hydration or want more space for spare parts? The Aerium C:68X has the solution.
