Gravel GEOMETRY
Terra offers a completely innovative design, with geometry specifically for Gravel. We have worked very hard, drawing on all our experience, from road to MTB, to achieve a completely balanced feel, with precise handling and maximum control.
Orbea HYDROFORMED ALUMINUM
We work on the shape and thickness of our aluminum tubes to increase their strength and resistance to unwanted torsion. To save weight, many of the tubes are assembled in the middle section, away from the stress of joints and welds. The use of advanced technologies such as those we apply to our carbon production guarantees unmatched performance in our aluminum bikes.
WHEEL CLEARANCE
Terra is compatible with 700c x 45 tires for speed and efficiency on Gravel trails, or with a combination of 650b x 50 for extreme durability and high comfort if you need a little more traction.
WIDE RANGE OF CAMPAGNOLO EKAR GEARS
The exclusive and innovative Ekar 1x13 Gravel-specific drivetrain offers a complete range of ratios with smooth and natural shifting for perfect cadence, whatever your speed and riding style on Gravel. Small jumps on the first sprockets - optimal cadence, larger jumps on the larger sprockets - to suit any type of ride.
SEAT TUBE
A shorter seat tube with a slightly more relaxed angle allows for greater flexibility in the 27.2 mm seat post. In addition, we have removed material from the seat tube near the bottom bracket to maximize stiffness. These two design elements optimize vibration absorption and Vertical flexibility.
TERRA FORK
The Terra fork uses a highly resistant crown, a profile with rounded edges, and longer arms, as well as our best OMR carbon monocoque structure to offer the best combination of comfort, tire clearance, and torsional stiffness.
MULTI MOUNTING SYSTEM
All Terra models come equipped with mounting points for fenders and three water bottles. Terra H includes rear bag mounting points for those Aventuras lasting more than a day.
