Accident Replacement
At Twenty One Cycling, we know that no one likes to fall, but in cycling, these things happen. That’s why at Twenty One Cycling we offer an Accident Replacement service to all cyclists who have damaged a product due to a fall during their rides.
This service consists of a 50% refund of the damaged product’s value toward the purchase of another item from the same line. Products not purchased at the brand’s official stores or on its website are not eligible for this service, nor are those purchased more than 12 months ago.
To proceed, you must send the damaged item to the Twenty One Cycling offices along with a valid proof of purchase. Once received, we will verify that everything is in order. If so, you will be sent a discount code for the replacement item.
This code can only be used by the person who purchased the damaged product, as it will be linked to their email and account. Code not applicable to promotional items.
