It’s paired with a RockShox Psylo Gold air fork and a Deluxe Select+ rear shock to keep the Newmen Performance 30 wheels—fitted with 2.4-inch Maxxis Dissector tires—glued to the trail. Powerful Shimano Deore hydraulic disc brakes and reliable XT 1x12 drivetrain get you stopped and moving forward when you need it. Building an ultralight, Bosch-powered full-suspension bike isn’t easy. That’s why the AMS Hybrid ONE44 C:68X frame uses the most advanced C:68X® carbon material: to achieve the maximum possible strength and stiffness with the lightest possible weight. The 400Wh battery is integrated into the down tube, as close as possible to the new, lightweight Bosch SX motor to improve handling, and the frame is Powermore-ready so you can get an additional 250Wh of range with the optional battery pack. Internally routed cables complement the frame’s sleek silhouette, and there’s a lightweight Direct Mount chain guide. With a UDH derailleur hanger and angle-adjustable Headset so you can fine-tune the handling to suit your riding style, it has everything you need to move forward at a fast pace.

Combining all our expertise—from carbon frame construction to the ultimate material—C:68X® carbon uses the optimal blend of fiber and resin infused with nanoparticles. High-precision Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing also allows us to eliminate inserts or bonded sleeves. It sets a whole new benchmark for lightness, stiffness, and durability.
Advanced Internal Cable Routing
Shift and brake cables need to connect the handlebar controls to the frame, but is it necessary to drill holes near the head tube to achieve this? We came up with a design that routes the cables into the frame through the Headset, maintaining a fully internal cable layout while creating a cleaner look and making them less obtrusive.
Fixed Integrated Battery
Bosch SX technology features a new, lighter, and more adaptable battery configuration. To make the most of the weight reduction, we’ve fully integrated the new battery into the down tube. This decision allows us to position it in the best spot for optimal weight distribution and management—and to reduce weight further—because we built a down tube with the exact dimensions needed, not a single gram more, and without the need for an access hatch. Meanwhile, the Power More option ensures you can quickly and easily add an additional 250 Wh battery for extended range. It brings together the best of both worlds.

Advanced Twin Mold
With our Advanced Twin Mold process, we use two precision-machined molds for our C:62®, C:68®, and C:68X® carbon frames. The first mold ensures precise alignment. The second, inner mold keeps every individual fiber exactly where it needs to be as the frame cures. The result is a much lighter and stronger frame, with fiber density tailored to the expected loads at specific points.
