Fully Integrated Battery
The Fully Integrated Battery system conceals the power of the Bosch battery, keeping it protected within the down tube of the bike. Hidden under a cover that protects against dust and splashes, and equipped with a lock to prevent theft, this system allows us to design e-bike frames that are as beautiful as they are functional.
Modular Battery System
The battery is, in many ways, the heart of an e-bike. That’s why, with our modular battery system, we’ve created a user-friendly setup. You can charge the battery while it’s installed on the bike or separately, and we’ve made room for high-capacity batteries. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.
Allroad

Gravity Casting
Gravity casting shapes liquid aluminum into highly complex frame sections, creating extremely strong structures better able to withstand stress. For example, with our hybrid models, we can produce a motor mount optimized to handle the loads it must bear in this specific application, without adding unnecessary weight or sacrificing strength.
SuperLite Aluminum
Cube’s SuperLite aluminum is based on heat-treated 6061 aluminum, because it possesses the essential qualities—high fatigue resistance, good stiffness, low weight, and excellent strength—required for a bicycle frame. In a second step, we transform the material into double-butted tubes to reduce weight without sacrificing even a little bit of strength. The result? Exceptionally light, strong, and durable frames.
